REALTOR® Josh Hummel is a Connecticut native who grew up in the quaint town of East Haddam. He studied economics at the University of Connecticut, where he developed a keen understanding of market trends and financial analysis. Shortly thereafter, Josh pursued further education at the University of Washington studying Politics, Philosophy, and Economics.

Josh has been around different areas of real estate for most of his life. When he lived in Connecticut toward the end of high school and during college, Josh renovated homes. After moving to Washington he began working as a property manager for a property management company that oversaw more than 500 rental properties throughout the Puget Sound region. When the property management firm added a real estate branch, Josh became a transaction manager and spent 5 years learning the ins and outs of real estate transactions. In 2014, he obtained his broker’s license and balanced being both a REALTOR® and transaction coordinator. Josh loves that no two real estate transactions are alike, and each experience presents its own path to navigate and the opportunity to grow and meet new people.

Josh has a successful track record as a real estate broker, with many years of experience in the field. He served as Chairman of Windermere's Broker Advisory Board and sat on the Board of Directors for the Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors. He is known for his tenacity and excellent communication skills, which have helped him to build strong relationships with his clients and colleagues.

When Josh isn't busy with his work as a real estate broker, he enjoys pursuing his hobbies and spending time with his family. Golf is a particular passion of his, and he relishes the opportunity to get out on the course whenever he can. He enjoys the challenge of the sport and the chance to spend time outdoors, and he has been known to take on clients or colleagues as golf partners on occasion. However, despite his love for golf, Josh always makes sure to put his family first. He is dedicated to his family and always makes sure to carve out time to spend with his wife, Julie, and son, Jayce.

Looking to the future, Josh is eager to continue growing his real estate business and aspires to become the managing broker of a branch. With his sharp business acumen, dedication to excellence, and passion for helping others, Josh is sure to achieve great success in all his endeavors.
